Ok... Here's what I think we've got: 1 and 2 are Thyroid. The circular structures are the thyroid follicles, and they are the only slides that would have those distinct follicles present.
#3 looks like a Pancreas slide. I say this because I can see two distinctly different colored areas, with the lighter area, which is in a circular sort of shape, being Islet of Langerhans.
#4 looks like Parathyroid tissue with all of the large, dark staining cells being Chief Cells. Parathyroid is supposed to have a bit of connective tissue in the extracellular matrix, which it sort of looks like this does.
I asked Professor Google to hook me up with some good example slides, and here's the best site that I've seen that is VERY helpful:
